Holiday Balance - Carry Over

Employees with left over Holiday balances in their entitlement will have it now 'carry over' into the next year automatically.

The entitlement will show in the carried over section and contribute to their annual entitlement.

Shortly in the new year this will be a customisable feature with the option to turn this on or off in the Toolbox / Company Settings. Alongside an option to define what is the maximum a person can carry over.

At the moment it is automatic and applies to every Chronicle account based.

This logic applies for both entitlement stored in hours and minutes or days.

If you do not want staff to carry over their balances please contact support for this to be removed from your account in the New Year.

Finally for all customers with holiday year ends outside of the 31st of December the same logic will apply at the appropriate time/year end.
