Password Policy Strength and 2 Factor Authentication

Did you know as a super user you can define the password policy strength and enabled 2FA in Company Settings?

Chronicle Online supports 3 levels of password policy:

• Basic

• Intermediate

• Advanced

Basic - Password must be at least 8 characters in length.

Intermediate - Same as Basic but also must contain at least 1 upper and 1 lower case letter (A-Z), 1 number (0-9), and 1 non-alphanumeric character.

Advance - Same as Intermediate but must not contain username.

Chronicle advises all clients to use this Password Policy feature combined with 2FA 'Two Factor Authentication where possible.
